What affects the price?
Price depends on actual surface area, ceiling height, access, existing coverings, repairs, layers and the required final finish. The quote states whether the surface is ready for wall felt, ready for paint or fully finished.
When is local filling enough?
Local filling can be enough for otherwise even walls with isolated holes or minor damage. Full skim coating is used when the whole surface needs levelling.
